OUR PROCESS

The process starts with your call, email or consultation request form.  We don’t mind hearing about clutter, or kids toys overwhelming you, or how you want your best work clothes stored. We don’t mind if your space is small or huge. We can help.

1: CONSULTATION

At the initial consultation, one of our experienced designers will visit your home. We talk to you about your storage inventory – your stuff. We also talk to you about how you use your space – for example, will two people be in the closet getting ready for work; or would your teenager be better at folding or hanging clothes. Measurements will be taken at this time.

2: DESIGN

Drawings are produced within 1 to 2 days. These drawings will include a 3-D, plan and elevation views and will be in color, to demonstrate the complete look. After a further visit with our designer, modifications are made and plans finalized.  Finishes, colors, handles, pulls, accessories, and custom features are all chosen at this point.

3: CONSTRUCTION

Generally, installation will take place within two to three weeks from the date you accept our proposal. Typically, a walk-in closet takes one day to install. Several reach-in closets can be installed in one day.

4: CLEAN UP

We leave every job site clean and tidy, and we do not enter other rooms in the house.

GUARANTEE

All materials have a lifetime warranty and your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed for one year. If you are not happy with the final product for any reason or the design does not work for you, we will fix it

HOW DO I GET STARTED

Call us, or or email us, and we will contact you to schedule a time when we can meet you at your home.

There is no obligation, financial or otherwise, for us to visit you and prepare a design proposal.

Typically we will spend 30 to 45 minutes with you. We will want to know about your storage needs – what your inventory includes. The better we know you the better the end product. We will also measure your space/spaces.

We will build custom fit organization into any space. No space is too small or large.

We have a complete shop onsite with the necessary equipment to design to your exact space and requirements.

Our designers have many years of experience with a multitude of storage designs under their belts. You can count on them sharing expertise to provide you with the best design for your lifestyle and needs.

Absolutely. In fact, if we install your closet and you subsequently find that it does not meet your needs, we will make amends – right up to a year after fit-out.
