Who We Are

Paul Donohoe

Paul is the founder of Ridgewood Closets and our senior designer. Paul has been designing closets for 12 years. His work may be found in some of the finest homes in New Jersey. Paul makes his home in Point Pleasant NJ and is the primary design contact for Monmouth, Middlesex and northern Ocean Counties. In addition to his burgeoning interest in photography, Paul is a member of the board of the Association for Closet and Storage Professionals.

Scott Leishman

Scott runs the office, marketing and sales for us. He is the primary designer for Westchester, Rockland, Sussex and NYC. Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. Scott who grew up in Wayne, NJ, now lives with his family in Rye NY, when he isn’t driving to and from, coaching or spectating at his kids’ soccer, basketball, football or baseball games.

Adam Lorman

Adam runs the shop and manages all of our custom closet installations. He has been installing closets for 10 years and has been the source of many rave reviews from customers for his service and professionalism. Adam grew up in Hawthorne and now makes his home in Cranford.

Peter Lesko

Peter Lesko is a glazier with over 30 years of experience designing and installing custom shower doors, mirrors and medicine cabinets in many of the finest homes in NJ and NY. 10 years ago, he and Paul Donohoe discovered the synergy between being able to offer custom closets and Pete’s glasswork, and that has led to the recent merger of Ridgewood Closets and North East Shower Installers. Whether it is a new home or remodeling project, we are now able to offer our customers a wide range of customized services they need to complete the design and installation of high end, customized products for their homes.

Amara Willey

Amara makes her home in Clinton NJ and is the primary design contact for the counties along Route 78 – Warren, Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset Union and Essex. Amara Willey waves her magic wand and makes a lifetime of clutter disappear. Organizing since 1993, she is a certified professional organizer (CPO®) and managing partner of Time to Get Organized at http://www.organizenj.com. Specializing in residential organizing and custom storage design, Amara has a background in business administration, journalism, and non-profit management. She has been editor of the newsletter of the National Association of Professional Organizers and a member of the Chicago and New Jersey chapters. While in Chicago, she served on the board of the NAPO Chicago chapter. She is a founding member of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (now the Institute on Challenging Disorganization). She has achieved Golden Circle status in NAPO and serves as the Golden Circle NJ Liaison. She sits on the American Society of Interior Design, NJ Chapter, Industry Partner Committee.
